Wildflowers is a coming of age story, revolving around a group of girls who might seem like unlikely friends. They’ve seen each other at school and various youth events but don’t know each other because they come from different family backgrounds. Their friendship begins when they all win a church essay contest. The grand prize was an all-expense paid trip to attend the Diamonds and Pearls Creative Arts Conference in Atlanta, GA. Even though their time together is short, the bond of friendship is formed as the girls discover their shared talents and set out to form a group.
